We are looking for a
Franchise Sales Manager
who can spearhead our
E-Clinic Franchise Sales & Expansion
across India. If you are passionate about healthcare, business growth, and franchise development - this is your chance to be part of a revolution.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Drive
    franchise sales
    for E-Clinic models (₹10K & ₹30K packages).
  • Identify, pitch, and close franchise partners (pharmacies, doctors, entrepreneurs).
  • Develop and execute
    cluster-wise & district-wise expansion strategies
    .
  • Build and manage a strong sales funnel through lead generation, calls, and meetings.
  • Achieve
    monthly sales & revenue targets
    .
  • Train and support franchise partners post-onboarding.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns.
  • Submit
    weekly performance reports & ROI tracking
    to management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    Franchise Sales / Business Development / Healthcare Sales
    .
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to travel (if required) to onboard franchise partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a
    target-driven approach
    .
  • Minimum
    2-5 years of experience
    in sales (franchise/healthcare/retail preferred).
  • Excellent communication in
    Hindi & English
    (regional language is a plus).
