Role Overview:

As the VP of Engineering, you will lead the charge in developing groundbreaking financial products from inception to launch.

Your strategic vision will guide the engineering department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with the company's objectives and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the development of innovative fintech products, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to deployment.

- Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, promoting best practices in software development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

- Lead, mentor, and expand the engineering team, identifying talent needs and fostering professional growth and development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.

- Drive technological strategy and innovation, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that can enhance product offerings and operational efficiency.

- Manage engineering budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.

- Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic planning, decision-making, and the overall success of the A minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering complex software products.

- Extensive experience in building financial technology products from the ground up, demonstrating a deep understanding of the fintech landscape and regulatory environment.

- Strong technical background in software development, architecture, and agile methodologies.

- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving their full potential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
