Job Responsibilities


As a Wealth Manager you will play a crucial role in fostering and managing client relationships. The primary focus is on driving business growth through client acquisition, retention, and effective cross-selling.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition

* Actively engage in the acquisition of new clients.

* Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout.

* Utilize market research and networking to identify potential clients and market opportunities.

2. Portfolio Management:

* Analyse clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to construct and manage customized investment portfolios.

* Monitor and rebalance portfolios to ensure alignment with market conditions and clients' objectives.

* Provide regular updates and performance reviews to clients.

3. Financial Product Sales:

* Promote and sell a variety of financial products, including Mutual Funds, Corporate FDs, Bonds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Loans & Mortgages, LAS, and Fixed Income Products.

* Stay informed about product features, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting financial products.

* Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate financial solutions.

4. Cross-Selling and Relationship Building:

* Cross-sell Demat Accounts and other relevant financial services to existing and potential clients.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.

* Identify opportunities for additional services and products based on clients' financial needs.

5. Compliance:

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all dealings.


6. Financial Planning and Advisory:

* Provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to clients.

* Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and financial planning strategies.

7. Sales Targets:

* Work towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.

* Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.


Qualifications & Experience


* Any Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 2 Years of relevant work experience within the same industry type.

* Proven experience as a Wealth Manager with expertise in Portfolio Management.

* Relevant certifications such as AMFI, NISM Wealth Management, or similar.

* In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds, Corporate FDs, Bonds, PMS, AIF, Insurance, Loans & Mortgages, LAS, and Fixed Income Products.
