We have an exciting role to head our Client Success for Creative Services for Omnicom's largest advertising Practice Areas and agencies. This leadership role will require to lead and drive world-class advertising, creative and studio solutions working with Agency CXOs. This role would be overall responsible for our partnership growth, strategic solutions, innovation, revenue & profitability and practice management. This role would oversee a team of Senior Directors and Client Success Managers & Analysts.


Location- Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore.

This is an exciting role and would entail:


Client & Agency Service: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and agencies, serving as their primary leadership point of contact. Understand their unique business objectives, challenges.


Strategic Planning & Solutioning : Collaborate with clients & agencies to develop strategic plans and execution support to ensure strong partnership outcomes. Utilize your expertise in creative services to provide valuable insights and recommendations, ensuring maximum impact and ROI for our clients & agencies. Maintain Strategic Relationships with Network CXOs & Global Delivery Directors.


Agency Onboarding & Engagement: Oversee the client/agency onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive start for new clients & agencies. Design and implement client training programs that enhance understanding and utilization of OGS creative services. Ensure ongoing client engagement through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and strategic reviews. Develop collateral and conduct periodic account reviews with client executive teams.


Project Management: Oversee the successful execution of agency projects, ensuring on time delivery, adherence to quality standards, and effective communication between internal teams and clients/agencies. Proactively address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during project lifecycles by closely working with the creative delivery teams. Drive utilization and value realization of deployed resources for agencies.


Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing accounts by upselling additional services or introducing new creative solutions that align with clients' evolving needs. Work closely with the team to support new business development efforts.


Client Advocacy: Act as a strong advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and account management, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations. Reduce churn and drive new business growth through greater advocacy.


Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Determine, track, and analyze health scores, and key KPIs like utilization for each agency and the entire network to evaluate success, identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any areas of concern. Provide regular reports/dashboards to clients, highlighting achievements, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives.


Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the creative services space. Share relevant insights and knowledge with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and industry expert.

- Bachelor/master's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field


- 18+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related field within the creative services industry, preferably in an agency setting.


- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, particularly concerning creative campaigns and brand management.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and influence effectively at all levels.


- Exceptional project management abilities, with a focus on multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving.


- Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to provide innovative solutions to clients.


- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.


- Proficiency in using client relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
