Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in the Marketing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving the success of marketing strategies, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our enterprise-level clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align client goals with the latest marketing solutions and technologies, maximizing their growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise-level clients, building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives and marketing needs.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their goals while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Campaign Oversight: Oversee the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with client expectations and objectives. Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with creative, analytics, product, and strategy teams to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives and solutions for clients.
  • Project Management: Lead the management of multiple, high-value accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of services, meeting deadlines, and adhering to budget constraints.
  • Client Retention & Growth: Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, helping clients expand their marketing initiatives with new products or services.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed of current trends, technologies, and best practices in the marketing industry to offer clients cutting-edge solutions and insights.
  • Problem Solving: Address any client issues, concerns, or escalations promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a positive business relationship.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide clients with regular performance metrics, KPIs, and data-driven insights to demonstrate the value of marketing efforts.
