Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Backend Development:

  2. Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using and Express.

  3. Collaborate with data and Gen AI team to integrate APIs, models, and pipelines.

  4. Exposure to FastAPI (Python) is a plus for service integrations and backend utility scripts.

  5. Frontend Development:

  6. Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.

  7. Apply modern UI/UX principles to build user-centric web applications.

  8. Database & Storage:

  9. Design and manage schemas using MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

  10. Work with Azure Blob Storage and manage data interactions for file-based inputs.

  11. Cloud Deployment & DevOps:

  12. Deploy and maintain apps on Azure App Service.

  13. Working knowledge of Docker and Containerization.
  14. Contribute to CI/CD pipeline configurations and environment setup.

  15. Familiarity with Azure Pipelines is a bonus.

  16. Collaboration & Code Quality:

  17. Work closely with analysts, product stakeholders, and designers.

  18. Participate in code reviews, maintain code quality, and follow development best practices.

  19. Testing & Debugging:

  20. Implement unit and integration tests to ensure application stability.

  21. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and after deployment.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Maths or related quantitative degree.
  • 1-3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with the MERN (MongoDB, Express, React & NodeJS) stack.
  • Experience or exposure to Python (especially FastAPI) is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, state management, and reusable frontend components.
  • Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.
  • Exposure to cloud deployment, preferably Azure.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and scalable code.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team
