We are looking for a passionate andexperienced Training Manager to join our growing team
In this role you will play a pivotal role in developing anddelivering impactful training programs for our agency channelnetwork across given region.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Training Needs Assessments(TNAs) to identify the specific training requirements for agencypersonnel at all levels.
  • Design and developengaging and effective training programs aligned with the companyssales methodology life insurance products and IRDAIregulations.
  • Stay uptodate on industry bestpractices and regulatory changes incorporating them into trainingcontent.
  • Deliver training programs using avariety of instructional methods fostering a positive andcollaborative learning environment.
  • Developand implement assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of trainingprograms and measure learning outcomes.
  • Analyze feedback from trainees and stakeholders toidentify areas for improvement and continuously refine trainingcontent.
  • Collaborate closely with the Salesand Distribution teams to understand their specific needs andchallenges.
  • Build strong working relationshipswith other Learning & Development (L&D) professionals toensure program alignment and consistency across the agencychannel.
  • Oversee the activities of trainers(internal or external) and ensure the quality of trainingdelivery.
  • Track and report on training programmetrics and contribute to the overall success of the L&Dfunction.

Qualifications andExperience:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Training & Development or arelated field.
  • Minimum 57 years of experiencein designing and delivering training programs preferably in theinsurance or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in conducting Training NeedsAssessments (TNAs).
  • Strong understanding ofadult learning principles and instructional designmethodologies.
  • Excellent communicationpresentation and facilitation skills.
  • Abilityto develop and deliver engaging and interactive trainingprograms.
  • Experience in using LearningManagement Systems (LMS) a plus.
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizationalskills.
