Candidate Requirements:-
1. Graduate degree minimum 4 years' experience into training.
2. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
3. Flexible for travelling through PAN India.
4. Know the local language (Telugu) and well versed with QSR culture.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
- Evaluating individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
- To design and conduct training sessions for employees as per TNA.
- To help in creating a training-based budget and Calendar.
- Facilitating and designing Induction and onboarding of new Candidates.
- Promote the culture of a self-motivated learning culture.
- Designing various functional and behavioral training modules.
- Constant updating of training content.
- To conduct Competency-based training needs analysis.
