    Position: Vice President Business Development with Operations
    Nos of Positions: 2
    Locations: Bangalore Kolkata
    Minimum Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering.
    Experience: 2 5 30 YEARS.
    Industry: All Bulk Material Handling Industries related to Cement Power Steel Mining Process Port. Either through Direct Exposure with Operational units or Through Turnkey Contractors. Exposure to Consultants like MECON DASTURCO TCE DCPL

    4. Key Responsibilities:
    I. Will Head the Business Development and Operations of individual Office related to present Business Module of Flow promoting Liners Pneumatic Air Blasters Screening Solutions Conveyor Care Products Environmental Engineering including any new products / systems to be added.
    II. In conjunction with our professionals will simultaneously endeavour to develop new products and systems catering to the growing Industrial requirements including un1attended segments of the different industries.
    III. To prepare Annual Sales Targets monitor and control Actual Costs vs Budgets; including review of Costs in comparisons to Sales amount.
    IV. Overall will monitor and guide the following existing independent departments including Liaise and interface with respective departments:

    a) Business Development: Manage & Grow the Business Sales & Marketing efforts and Set targets for the Sales & Marketing team with strategies to achieve them viaavis competition.
    b) Service and Spares: To guide the team for catering to the Services of our products and systems including generating spares orders and Annual Maintenance Contracts.
    c) Engineering: To ensure Design Team deliverables complies to the project requirements and having proper coordination with project team and to assist with the preparation of tenders/offers.
    d) Post Order Operations Post Order administration including to oversee all interrelated activities after receipt of Orders to Material dispatches.
    e) Project and Contracts: To ensure projects are being executed within the time lines and budgeted costs along with the complying with contractual terms for the individual orders; with resolution of claims and avoidance of dispute
