As we scale our AI-powered BFSI and Healthcare Solutions , i TCart is searching for a Vice President of BFSI & Healthcare Operations to lead this high-impact division into its next phase of growth.

Position Overview: The Vice President (VP) of BFSI & Healthcare will be at the helm of two of i TCart’s most critical verticals— Banking & Insurance Operations and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

This role will drive operational strategies, manage client relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee the seamless execution of AI-powered solutions that revolutionize the banking, insurance, and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee the development, deployment, and optimization of i TCart’s AI-powered solutions across BFSI and healthcare sectors, including Banking and Insurance Operations , and Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Banking & Insurance Projects: Led the Banking and Insurance project efforts, driving strategic partnerships, automating key financial services, implementing AI-driven fraud detection systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance (RBI guidelines, Insurance compliance, etc.).

Healthcare RCM Solutions: Spearhead i TCart’s Healthcare RCM Solutions , ensuring smooth revenue cycle management, claims processing, and cost-saving operations for hospitals, insurance providers, and other healthcare entities.

Regulatory & Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to global regulatory standards, including HIPAA for healthcare and GDPR , RBI , and other international banking regulations.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, including banks, insurance firms, healthcare institutions, and government bodies, to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product development, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that customer requirements are met with innovative and scalable solutions.

Team Leadership & Expansion: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team across key global markets to deliver cutting-edge solutions and drive growth in BFSI and healthcare sectors.

Strategic Input: Provide strategic insights for further development of i TCart’s product roadmap, including enhancements to AIX HUB , RCM AIX , and AI-powered BFSI solutions .

Revenue & Profitability: Drive the division’s growth in revenue and ensure profitability through effective project delivery, cost efficiency, and client retention.

Mandatory Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Additional qualifications in AI, machine learning, or technology management will be an added advantage.

Experience: A minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in BFSI and/or healthcare operations, with a proven track record in managing large-scale business operation projects .

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Banking, Financial Services, Insurance operations, and Healthcare RCM processes , as well as AI-powered solutions that streamline operations in these sectors.

Regulatory Expertise: Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, including HIPAA, RBI, SEBI, and international insurance and banking laws.

Primary Skills: Operational Excellence: Proven experience in managing operational teams and driving efficiency improvements through the use of technology.

Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with i TCart’s mission to scale its BFSI and Healthcare services globally.

Client-Centric Approach: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships, with an emphasis on long-term partnerships.

Digital Transformation Knowledge: Experience in leading the deployment of Digital Transformation technologies within BFSI or healthcare environments.

Leadership & Team Building: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and build cohesive teams across multiple geographies.

Optional Skills: AI and Automation Expertise: Familiarity with the latest trends in AI-powered automation within the BFSI and healthcare sectors.

Global Expansion: Experience in scaling operations internationally, particularly in North America, MEA (Middle East & Africa) , and APAC markets.
