Who You AreEssential Roles & Responsibilities:Provide batch job support.Release agreed batch job per job sheet or adhoc request.Monitoring batch job status including overrun / msgw / not started / fail etcReporting, monitor the batch job status and report to support team per instruction and raise ticket.Recover issue job per operation manual or instruction from pc/app team, including job rerun / force completed / on-hold / off-hold / release etcProvide system monitoring support.Monitor console and email to detect alert/event and do regular health check.Follow operation manual to determine whether next action required.Follow procedure to call engineer for immediate action , open incident ticket & assign to concerned team & send emailInformed IPC & Management Team for major incident reporting.Required Professional and Technical Expertise:Have knowledge of batch job run.Familiar with basic operations on platform Windows / Linux / AS400Have deep knowledge of infra system monitoring.Familiar with console monitoring tool like netcool / datadog / nagios / Dynatrace etcFamiliar with job schedule tool autosys / Control-M /QuartzFamiliar with ticketing system Service-Now.Follow instruction and operation manual strictly.Able to work shift to support 24*7 service.Good working attitude and communication skill.Ability to work under pressure.Target oriented and self-driven.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.At least 5 years’ experience in IT industry.English: Fluent in communication.Certificates/Credentials of platform foundation.Good communication and team collaboration.Problem Solving:Recognize complex problems related to functional objectives. Analyze situations and implement solutions, or develop new system elements, procedures or processes. Creativity and judgment applied to developmental work on different projects within the business environment.Candidate have to work in customer work hours- Asia Pacific (weekends and holidays as oncall staff).
