Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing consultancy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client coordination, and learning about the financial services industry. You’ll play a key part in helping our Founder, Rinku Bafna , focus on client advisory and business expansion by managing administrative and support tasks efficiently. Job Description Maintain and update client records (digital and paper-based). Assist in preparing policy documents, investment summaries, and client reports. Coordinate with clients for renewals, documentation, and follow-ups. Manage daily office communications — phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. Schedule client meetings, organize files, and ensure smooth office operations. Support basic data entry and CRM updates (training will be provided). Handle policy renewals and track payment reminders. Assist with basic marketing and client engagement initiatives (WhatsApp/Email campaigns). Candidate Profile Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Independent thinker and self-starter Strong communication and coordination skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with computers, Excel, and digital tools. Lives within 5 km of Chickpet (preferred due to commute convenience). Open to individuals who fit the profile well irrespective of gender, caste or creed. Qualification Minimum: SSLC + 2 years of further education. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related field. Working knowledge of Hindi, English, and Kannada. Freshers are welcome; prior office/insurance experience is an advantage.
