About the role

We're looking for a
strategic, data-driven, and people-first leader
to head our Talent Acquisition function. As
Head of TA
, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our teams, shaping our hiring culture, and positioning us as an employer of choice in a competitive market.

This is more than hiring — it's about building the workforce that drives the next phase of our growth.

What You'll Own

Define & lead
the end-to-end hiring strategy across all functions — tech, business, leadership, and niche roles.

Build and scale a
high-performing TA team
, with strong focus on capability, speed, and experience.

Partner with founders and business heads to understand growth plans and proactively build pipelines.

Drive
talent analytics
, optimize funnel metrics, and align hiring KPIs to business goals.

Elevate our
employer brand
through campaigns, content, and targeted outreach.

Champion
DEI hiring frameworks
and inclusive processes.

Implement and evolve systems (ATS, CRM) and tools to scale hiring efficiently.

What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience in
Talent Acquisition
, with at least 3 years in a
leadership or strategic role
.

Demonstrated success in
building and scaling teams
in high-growth environments (startup, scale-up, or enterprise).

Expertise in
hiring strategy, team leadership, stakeholder management
, and data-driven recruitment.

Strong command of
recruitment technologies
, modern sourcing, and employer branding.

Exceptional communication, leadership presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
