Location : Remote (initially for 2-3 months), then Bangalore, India.
Working Hours : Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM EST—5:00 PM EST New York Time (5:30 PM IST—2:30 AM IST).
Salary : $1000 - $1500 monthly (Negotiable based on experience).
Applicants should have proven experience managing recruitment for U.S.-based businesses, particularly in the logistics or auto transport industries. Additionally, candidates must have a well-equipped workstation, including a high-performance laptop or desktop with dual monitors and a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will initially be remote for the first 2-3 months and then transition to onsite in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will have strong English proficiency and be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions, such as Auto Transport Dispatchers, Sales Reps, Operations Managers, and the Chief Operating Officer (COO). You will be pivotal in ensuring we hire top-tier talent that aligns with the company’s goals and values.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires.
· Create and post job descriptions on various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.).
· Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
· Leverage job portals, social media, and professional networks to source high-quality candidates.
· Utilize proactive recruitment strategies such as headhunting and employee referrals.
· Build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
· Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and culture fit.
· Coordinate and schedule further rounds of interviews with the hiring team.
· Assist in negotiating job offers, salary discussions, and reference checks.
· Collaborate with the CEO and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and align hiring strategies accordingly.
· Provide regular updates and insights to leadership regarding recruitment progress and challenges.
· Ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience, from documentation to introduction to teams.
· Maintain and update internal databases with candidate information and hiring activities.
· Handle all recruitment documentation, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding forms.
· Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
· Provide insights on market conditions and recommend adjustments to recruitment strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
· 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for candidates with experience in logistics, auto transport, or technology sectors in the United States.
· Must have excellent written and spoken English skills, with a minimum proficiency level of B2 or higher.
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
· Experience using ATS systems (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage both internal stakeholders and candidates.
· High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently.
