We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Brand Manager
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for brand management. This role will involve supporting the brand's growth strategies, analysing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.
· Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to meet organizational goals.
· Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements to enhance market presence and
profitability.
· Collaborate with retail teams to ensure consistent brand representation across stores.
· Analyse retail performance metrics, such as sales trends, inventory levels, and customer
feedback, to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyse large datasets, create dashboards, and generate
insights.
· Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
· Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment
with brand goals.
· Gather and analyse data on operational metrics to monitor performance and identify trends.
· Assist in managing budgets for marketing campaigns and retail activities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
(preferred).
· Minimum of 2-4 years in brand management, retail operations, or a related role.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in Advance MS Excel(must).
· Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
