Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join QHT Clinic at our Noida (Sec-63) office. The role involves engaging with prospective patients, explaining healthcare services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into appointments or sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for patient inquiries and service promotion.
  • Explain QHT Clinic's healthcare services and treatment options clearly and persuasively.
  • Convert leads into confirmed appointments and sales.
  • Maintain and update patient/lead records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure high patient engagement and satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and build trust with patients.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate preferred (12th pass may be considered with strong sales skills).
  • 0–2 years of experience in inside sales / telesales (healthcare or service industry preferred).
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
