Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Business Manager to join our Core Business Support -Global Financial Services Division. The preference for this role is to be based out of Hosur-BCP The incumbent will be an essential partner and financial advisor to the Facility Manager of our Small Drivetrain Facility in Hosur, India. You will manage a team of 4 within the Business Resource Team in Hosur and provide financial leadership to facility operations. You and your team will support the facility Operations Team in terms of Financial Planning & Analysis, Costing, Transfer Pricing, Capital deployment and decision analysis for sourcing/new product introduction/new source introduction. You & your team will provide support to Legal Entity requirements from a Business Unit perspective for Treasury forecasts, Division level Legal Entity profitability review for direct tax, Indirect Tax Compliance, Trade Compliance requirements, ITP/ITC functions. This role also provides financial support to Global Team for OEM Business Commercials, Pricing, Aftermarket and Cost & Decision analysis for OEM Customers. Your team will also manage the end-end Financial Planning & Analysis for the OEM Business of Small Drivetrain and report the financial results to the BCP Leadership Team. What you will do Job Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for all facility Financial Planning and Analysis activities. Focus on Variable Value Add for the facility and drive actions. Cost and investment analysis including but not limited to Normals/Abnormals/SCR, ROI, Pricing and Make/Buy studies, Cost Monitor. Lead financial reviews for facility New Product Introduction/New Source Introduction Projects and Leadership Reviews. Lead OEM Business Financial Planning & Analysis & ensure OPACC commitment to Leadership. Lead & support the Business for the OPEX Projects and OPACC Benefits to Improve Variable Margin. Ensure Internal controls for the facility Viz. SEC (Small entity Checklist), IFC (Internal Financial Controls) & CI cascaded IAAS Audit Issues and Business Manager Checklist. Tracker on Facility Agreements & Local compliance checklist & review with leadership team. Leading projects to achieve the cost reductions/Process Excellence. Focus on Competitive Cost structure & support for facility cost metrics. Participate in development of financial and non-financial facility measurements and actively involved in strategic decisions for the facility. What you will have Bachelor's degree in an Accounting or Finance related discipline Progressively Accounting or Finance experience, including cost accounting and budget development CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred. Previous experience supporting manufacturing operations. Skills desired: Business Acumen : Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Finance and Accounting : Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Organizational Governance: Knowledge of the processes, customs, policies, and rules affecting the way the organization is administered and controlled; ability to ensure compliance with governance guidelines and policies. Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization. Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there. Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.
