We're seeking an experienced Campus Recruiter to lead our campus hiring initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new hires.

Role & responsibilities :

  1. Campus Recruitment:

  2. Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to meet talent acquisition goals.

  3. Identify and build relationships with top colleges and universities to source talented students.

  4. Plan and execute on-campus recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition programs.

  5. Stakeholder Management:

  6. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather hiring projections and develop recruitment plans.

  7. Manage relationships with vendors, recruitment panels, and other stakeholders to streamline hiring processes.

  8. Communicate hiring updates and plans to stakeholders.

  9. Talent Acquisition:

  10. Source and recruit top graduates for engineering roles.

  11. Assess applicants' skills to determine their strengths and weaknesses.

  12. Ensure diversity and inclusion in the talent pool.

  13. MIS Reporting & Documentation:

  14. Track and report on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline, hiring numbers, and diversity metrics.

  15. Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment processes and candidate interactions.

  16. Data Analysis & Insights:

  17. Utilize tools like Power BI, Excel Macros, and dashboard development to analyze recruitment metrics and inform strategic decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in managing campus recruitment drives.

  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and trends.

  • Experience with recruitment software and tools.

  • 4-6 years of experience in campus recruitment or volume hiring
