Position: GM Billing & Accounts (MEP / Construction)

Key Responsibilities
•
•
Complete management of Billing & Accounts for Construction / MEP projects.
Verification, certification and approval of client, consultant and sub-contractor
bills.
•
•
•
Checking RA bills, final bills, measurement sheets and supporting documents.
Project cash flow planning, cost monitoring and budget control.
Prepare invoices for clients, coordinate with vendors to prepare invoices and
ensure timely follow-up for payments.
•
Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI) and coordinate with internal
auditors.
•

Prepare MIS reports, project-wise billing summaries and management reports.
Monitor vendor and sub-contractor payments.
Lead and train billing team and site accounts staff.
Coordinate rate analysis, variations and claims with clients / consultants.
Maintain smooth coordination between head office and project site accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile
•
•
Education: MBA (Finance/Accounts) or equivalent (mandatory).
Experience: 612 years in Billing & Accounts management for Construction /
MEP projects.
•
Hands-on experience in client and contractor billing, rate analysis and cost
control.


•
•
•
Knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally / project billing software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Sound understanding of statutory compliance and auditing.
