Experience - 2 + years
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Technical Support Executive to join our team. This role involves troubleshooting network issues, configuring ISP routers, and providing effective client support while ensuring smooth team management and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure ISP routers and resolve network issues.
Handle client interactions confidently and provide effective solutions.
Maintain and update ticketing documentation.
Monitor and achieve KPIs and KRAs.
Lead and manage the support team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: BE (E&TC), B.Tech, BCA, BCS (CCNA/CCNP certifications are a plus).
Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VoIP protocols, IP addressing, subnetting, and NAT/PAT.
Basic knowledge of networking protocols, LAN troubleshooting, and CRM systems.
Familiarity with network topologies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Quick learner with logical thinking ability.
