Business Systems Analyst 4

Ensure seamless operation of assigned systems, process areas and troubleshooting when issues ariseWork with technical stakeholders to support the implementation/deployment of systemic solutions or changes to existing solutionsEnabling continuous improvement in Lam’s Planning process, systems and results as described aboveData collection, data pipeline development and data analysis for problem solving or ad hoc needsExecutive presentationsBasic Project/Program management for assigned areasWork with business stakeholders to determine their business needs and transform them into business requirements specificationsLearn and use the systems and applications deployed at Lam as needed to perform above job duties
Minimum Qualifications
Engineering degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with 8 to 12 years (4 years of relevant experience)Data collection by writing queries for SQL server, SAP Hana and Microsoft AccessWorking knowledge of SAP MRP and SAP MM, SD modulesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCustomer focus (internal and external), critical thinking and creative problem solvingTeamwork and collaboration, empathy and continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field plus 2 years of relevant experienceAdvanced functional knowledge and experience using SAP MRP (MM module, PP modules) will be a plusSAP functional consulting experience a strong plusSAP functional configuration project experience as an SME a plusPrior experience working in a supplier facing role will be a plusSupply chain management (APICS, CSCMP etc) certification will be a plusPrior experience in a service parts management position or in capital equipment or semiconductor industry will be a plusPrior knowledge or experience of forecasting and inventory optimization will be a plusExperience and prior training on using Lean Six sigma problem solving tools will be a plus
