The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic environment where creativity meets technology, leading to unparalleled user experiences and groundbreaking branding strategies.
Responsibilities
Design Leadership: Contribute to the overall design strategy, ensuring that complex workflows are translated into simple, intuitive design solutions.
User Research: Conduct and oversee user research to deeply understand customer needs, translating these insights into impactful product roadmap decisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Influence product and engineering leadership to prioritize design challenges and integrate solutions into the product roadmap.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels within the organization, showcasing strong storytelling skills.
Mentorship: Mentor, coach, and lead a team of designers, building a world-class design team by providing well-documented, actionable feedback on product and design.
Design Reviews: Lead comprehensive design reviews with a focus on interaction, visual design, and UX copy, ensuring the highest standards of design quality.
Facilitate Workshops: Lead cross-functional Design Thinking workshops to drive innovation and align teams on design goals.
Design Metrics: Utilize design and product metrics to measure the impact of design initiatives and drive user-centric value.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience :
6+ years of experience designing enterprise and large-scale consumer SaaS products.
Experience with Gen AI and conversational design is preferred.
Management experience
Skills:
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Miro, etc.
Strong understanding of design and product metrics.
Ability to balance diverse perspectives of stakeholders while upholding core design principles.
Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail for comprehensive design reviews.
Problem-Solving: Passion for solving complex problems with a strong focus on delivering user-centric value through design initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and growing design teams to achieve excellence.
Additional Requirements
Start Date: We need candidates who can join immediately; the sooner, the better.
Location: This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in the success of a pioneering project, onsite around Kennedy Bridge in Mumbai.
