Roles and Responsibilities Contact Centre role with Leading Health Insurance Company Key ResponsibilitiesManaging day to day planning for Contact Center. Adherence of the defined service delivery models. Drive ontime, accurate and quality service delivery within agreed KPIs Review & implement process changes for enhancing servicing experience in alignment with technology & functional teams. Build a customer centric environment with highest level of service standards. Manage & assess customer and partner service levels to enhance customer/partner experience, measurement through NPS and increase customer retention and drives new sales growth. To implement a training program to help team resources with product and process knowledge as well as service delivery skills. Adherence of the defined service delivery models. Drive efficiency through identifying areas where interactions could be avoided, automated & not repeated.
