Hiring for mamaearth Customer Support Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

- Minimum educational qualification: graduate or equivalent diploma.- Experience working with customer support for an e-commerce company.- Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.- Good communication skills.- Knowledge of MS Office.- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Must Have Skills:

- Voice Process- Inbound and Outbound Calling- Good Verbal Communication- Good written communication

Other details:

- 6 days working with Rotational Off.- CTC Offered- 28k + 2k (incentive) in hand
