Position Overview :We are looking for a Marketing Analyst with 4-5 years of experience, particularly in utilizing Google Analytics 3/4, to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns within the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, digital marketing, and a deep understanding of customer behaviour to drive insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities:Utilize Google Analytics 3/4 and other data analysis tools to monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance across various digital channels.Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, evaluate ROI, and communicate insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and revenue management to optimize marketing strategies and drive revenue growth.Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing analytics.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.4-5 years of relevant experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or related field.Proficiency in Google Analytics 3/4 and other digital analytics platforms.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint
