As we grow, we are looking for a passionate User Experience (UX) Designer  to join our technical team and contribute to creating engaging and user-friendly experiences.

Job Overview :

As a UX Designer  at Estetica, you will be responsible for understanding user needs and designing intuitive experiences that enhance user satisfaction. You will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate closely with UI designers and developers to bring your designs to life. Your focus will be on optimizing the user journey and ensuring that our platform is both effective and enjoyable to use.

Key Responsibilities :
  • User Research : Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Information Architecture : Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to guide the design process.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping : Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Usability Testing : Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and iterate based on user insights.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with UI designers, developers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive and seamless user experience across the platform.
  • Design Guidelines : Contribute to the development and maintenance of design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency throughout the product.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design and propose innovative solutions to enhance user engagement.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience  in UX design, preferably in a digital product or technology environment.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret user data to drive design improvements.
