Job Title : Accounts Executive/Sr. Accounts Executive

Department      : Accounts - Administration

Reports to : Manager-Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll processing
  2. Bank Reconciliation
  3. Process invoices, receipts, payments and perform regular reconciliation
  4. TDS Computations & fillings
  5. Monthly GST fillings and Reconciliation
  6. Quarterly and annual returns
  7. Form 16 & 24
  8. PF & ESI Challan deposit
  9. New employee calculations and F&F
  10. Gratuity provisions
  11. Day to day accounting in Tally Prime
  12. Checking Vendor bills and payments
  13. Inter-company and vendor reconciliation
  14. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports to management review
  15. TDS Salaries & contractors
  16. Organize documents accurately and timely
  17. To complete all statutory compliances timely
  18. Compilation of Accounting records
  19. Prepare and provide support during internal and external audits

  20. Petty cash management

  21. Salary Range - Will be discussed during interview.

*Candidate residing in Noida or nearby places and having his own vehicle will be preferred

*Male Candidate preferred
