Key Responsibilities:
  • Purpose Essence of the role Lead and manage transition projects on schedule within budgets with high CSAT in line with contractual obligations
  • Create knowledge base execute timeline resource allocation budget coordinate implementation and ensures compliance
  • Develop an understanding of the E2E Solution and value being proposed as part of the overall Solution
  • Draft the transition solution during the RFP and solution cycle in coordination with all the cross functional teams as per need
  • Responsible for E2E service Transition handling virtual teams and influencing stakeholders to meet Programme project objectives
  • Control an engagement transition budget allocated ensuring all activities defined in the project plan are done within the approved limits
  • Align customer to follow well defined transition methodology customize approach in line with customer environment
  • Produce relevant reports accurately at agreed frequency in a timely manner to provide status update on Transition to all stakeholders
  • Monitor the project program ensuring all risks are captured mitigations actions put in place and issues are resolved if timely manner
  • Develop maintain communication at all levels across the project organization to facilitate smooth effective change management leading to effective delivery of project
  • Conduct periodic project governance meetings amongst stakeholders to review plan Vs progress
  • Focus on continuous process improvement by identifying areas and participate in team and organization wide initiatives
