About the Role

Lenze Global HR Architecture team is looking to hire a SAP SuccessFactors consultant in their Lenze India office for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF EC) for implementing and managing global projects. This will involve the implementation of the project and the subsequent IT support.

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities as the Project Manager – SAP SuccessFactors EC
  • Plan, manage, and oversee the full implementation project (timeline, budget, quality).
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (HR, IT, external partners).
  • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, change management, and organizational standards.
  • Prepare and lead workshops, presentations, and decision-making sessions.
  • Support the global rollout strategy and localization efforts.
    • Key Responsibilities as Technical Lead & Advisor – SAP SuccessFactors EC
      • Own the technical implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
      • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and business stakeholders, recommending optimal technical solutions based on best practices and system architecture.
      • Serve as the central knowledge holder for SuccessFactors EC within the global HR-IT team.
      • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
      • Design and implement integrations with local systems (e.g., payroll, time management).
      • Conduct testing, issue resolution, and release management.
      • Develop and maintain reports (Story Reports, Embedded SAC).
      • Support technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Several years of experience in managing HR IT projects, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience with international rollouts, preferably in Europe.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Intercultural competence and experience working in multinational project teams.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.

Required Skills

  • Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (minimum 2 full-cycle implementations).
  • Experience in technical consulting and solution architecture within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.
  • Experience with interface integration and reporting tools.
  • SuccessFactors EC certification is a plus.
  • High level of ownership, quality orientation, and innovation mindset.
  • Ability to build and share knowledge effectively (e.g., through documentation, training, coaching).
