Pega Data Architect / Pega Tech Architect (GCM6)

• LSA with 12-15 years of Pega experience, with 4-5 years as lead architect experience (preferably in Insurance domain will be an added advantage)
• Certified LSA or high end CSSA (with LSA Readyness, Decisioning Certification) with proven Pega Lead Architect experience
• Should be able to understand and interpret enterprise architecture and target operating models
• Should be able to work as SMEs for large transformation programs having multiple Pega and non Pega teams and coordinate/guide them for implementations.
• Need to interact with enterprise architects and supplement Pega architecture and design.
• Implementation knowledge on Pega CRM (Customer service, Pega marketing)
• Should be well versed with Pega Customer decision hub (CDH), conversational UIs and API Integration (SOAP, REST, JMS)
• Should be able to design and handle complex event processing
• Should be able to define Pega layered application and enterprise class structure for reusability and extension
• Should have handled IVR and channel integration
• Should be able to define clear guidelines and best practices for Pega module leads.
• Should also have holistic understanding of enterprise architecture (connecting to different upstream and downstream systems)
• Preference will be given to those having experience of Pega infinity platform 8.x
• Pega Data Architect should be to
• Able to define data model for Pega considering entire ecosystem of enterprise architecture
• design data migration strategy, templates, processes & data model.
• Should be able to define data ownership matrix between the systems
• Need to interact with enterprise data architects and supplement Pega architecture and design for data model.

Lead Business Architect Pega (GCM6)

• Certified Pega Business Architect with 12-15 years of Pega experience, with 4-5 years as lead business architect experience (preferably in Insurance domain will be an added advantage)
• Consultative and collaborative team focus with abilities such as strong listening, oral and written communication skills required
• Experience leading the collaboration of business and IT to evaluate business goals, identify business problems and propose solutions
• Should be certified in Pega decisioning, marketing and customer service
• Should be able define and design next best action, offer as services
• Should be able to understand and interpret enterprise architecture and target operating models
• Should be able to define data ownership matrix between the systems
• Need to interact with enterprise data architects and supplement Pega architecture and design for data model.
• Good working experience in Pega Agile methodologies.
• Experience in capturing requirements in Pega using DCO tool.
• Experience facilitating discussions for groups of 10 or more individuals from all levels of the organization, in person or remotely

Pega Senior System Architect/Technical Lead (GCM5)

• Minimum 7-10 Years of Pega experience with PEGA CSSA certification, minimum 2-year 8.x implementation experience
• Certification on Pega Decisioning & Marketing would be an added advantage
• Responsible for designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
• Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables of the project/ team and drive small teams technically
• Ability to manage ECS Layers on Pega and maintain reuse, inheritance & specialization
• Ability to design and develop Pega standard compliant application/ module
• Experience in designing and implementation on Pega APIs and Integrations
• Knowledge and experience on Pega Unit test automation
• Experience on Next Best Action design techniques
• Experience on Pega frameworks Customer service, Pega marketing) is desirable
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communications skills as well as draw upon solid, hands-on development experience with Pega software.
• Ability to translate complex business requirement into techno-functional requirements using Pegasystems tools.
• Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles

Pega Skills Needed

• Must have working knowledge on Node & Thread level page

• Experience on Kafka integration & complex event processing is preferred

• Should have working knowledge on Pega UI Architecture , Styling PRPC Application, IAC (Internet Application Composer), DWA ( Direct Web Access ), Pega
• Version Upgrade, managing the parallel development, Indexing, Arching & Purging, Session management, Customized logging, creating custom Guiderail, very good knowledge on SMA and System
• Reports (Class Dependencies, Rule Dependents, etc.,)
• Should have working knowledge on single and multivariate circumstancing
• Should have working knowledge on Pega Authentication & Authorization , Authenticate using LDAP and implement Single-Sign-On (SSO )
• Should have working knowledge on Agents & listeners
• Must have working knowledge on Performance Tuning ( PAL, Log Analyzer , DB Tracer/ Preflight)
• Should have working knowledge on Data Model (Data Tables, Data Pages , Advanced properties options, linked properties )
• Should have knowledge on Case Management ( Case Designer to create a case types, sub cases, add process to case, Covers and Folders )
• Should have knowledge on Push & Pull routing, skill based routing
• Should clear with key concepts and tools of the Designer Studio
• Must have knowledge on Pega-RULES Agents like System Indexer, System Pulse
• Reporting with expertise in BIX (Business Intelligence Exchange) is preferable

Pega Senior System Architect/Sr. Developer (GCM4)

• Minimum 5-6 Years of Pega experience with PEGA CSSA certification and min 1year Pega 8.x implementation experience
• Responsible for designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
• Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables of the project/ team and drive small teams technically
• Ability to design and develop Pega standard compliant application/ module
• Good Understanding and implementation experience on Pega APIs and Integrations
• Knowledge and experience on Pega Unit test automation
• Experience on SOAP UI, Postman, Swagger (API Testing Frameworks)
• Experience on Pega frameworks Customer service, Pega marketing) is desirable
• Good knowledge of Web services, Connect SOAP, MQ and other interface protocols.
• Working experience within PEGA to integrate to external system using Connect and Service rules
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communications skills as well as draw upon solid, hands-on development experience with Pega software.

• Pega CSA certification and min 1-year Pega 8.x implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented programming concepts and RDBMS concepts
• Ability to design and develop Pega standard compliant application/ module
• Knowledge and experience on Pega Unit testing (automation preferred), API Testing
• Experience on SOAP UI, Postman, Swagger (API Testing Frameworks)
• Strong Pega Development experience.
• Good working experience in Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Pega System & Integration Testing, test scripting
• Experience on Pega frameworks Customer service, Pega marketing) preferred
• Having knowledge on Pega Customer Service, Marketing (Decisioning) NBA, NBO scenario testing is an advantage
