Overview: Wereseeking a seasoned Pega Business Analyst with 6 to 8 years ofexperience for one of our client . The ideal candidate will have asolid grasp of Pega technology and business processes adept atbridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Asa Pega BA youll be instrumental in eliciting analyzing anddocumenting business requirements guiding the development ofeffective Pega applications to meet our clientsneeds.Responsibilities:RequirementGathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gatherand analyze business requirements for Pega applications ensuringalignment with organizationalgoals.Business ProcessAnalysis:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of existingbusiness processes identifying opportunities for improvementthrough Pegabasedsolutions.RequirementDocumentation:

Document detailed businessrequirements functional specifications and user stories usingstandard methodologies andtools.Solution DesignSupport:

Work closely with Pega developers andarchitects to translate business requirements into technicaldesigns providing guidance asneeded.User Acceptance Testing(UAT):

Assist in creating test plans and scenariosfor UAT ensuring that Pega applications meet user needs andexpectations.ChangeManagement:

Manage change requests throughout theproject lifecycle ensuring alignment with project scope andobjectives.StakeholderCommunication:

Facilitate communication betweenbusiness stakeholders and technical teams ensuring a sharedunderstanding of requirements and projectprogress.Training andSupport:

Provide training and support to businessusers on Pega applications ensuring effective adoption andutilization.Qualifications:PegaKnowledge:

Solid understanding of Pega technologyincluding PRPC Case Management Decisioning and other Pega Platformcapabilities.Business AnalysisExperience:

6 to 8 years of experience in businessanalysis roles focusing on gathering and documenting requirementsfor enterprise softwareapplications.DomainExpertise:

Experience in domains such as bankinginsurance healthcare or telecommunications isdesirable.CommunicationSkills:

Excellent verbal and written communicationskills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts tonontechnicalstakeholders.AnalyticalSkills:

Strong analytical and problemsolving skillscapable of dissecting complex business processes and identifyingimprovementopportunities.Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teamsfostering knowledge sharing andinnovation.Certifications: Relevant certifications in business analysis or Pega areadvantageous.AdditionalRequirements:Bachelorsor Masters degree in Business Administration Information Technologyor related field.Familiarity with Agilemethodologies and tools such as Scrum Kanban or JIRA ispreferred.Experience in clientfacing roles orconsulting environments is aplus.Start: ImmediatelyWorking hours: FulltimeLocation: ChennaiForm ofemployment:
