Inspire Institute of Sports is looking for a Sr. Executive - Commercial to join them in Vijayanagara (Karnataka).

Job Description

- Independently handling end to end execution of procurement process- Handling sourcing through identification of cost effective suppliers for procurement with an aim of improving quality & reliability- Receiving the request from Users and fine tuning Purchase Requisition (PR), if needed- Creation of Final Purchase Requisition and checking details of PR for completeness/accuracy- Check and refer whether any rate contract exists- Search and discover vendors (existing and/or new) for a PR- Create Request for Quotation (RFQ) and share with vendor/(s)- Coordinate between vendor and users to ensure technical queries are clarified and accurate offers are obtained.- Arrange technical review with end user and coordinate with vendor for revised offer, if any- Studying, making thorough comparison and compile Comparative Statement (CS)- Negotiate after analysis of the quotations & execute Reverse Auction with vendors in a transparent manner- Ensure compliance to Delegation of Power (DOP) laid down for a particular vertical of JSW including Floating emails for approvals- Create Purchase/Work Order (PO/WO) and share with vendor and take care of subsequent amendments, if any- Tendering suggestions to continuously improve systems and processes around procurement- Following up till the materials are delivered and services rendered- Undertake follow up processes for verification of E-way Bills, delivery Challan, Work completion certificates etc.- Escalate issues, deviations and non-compliances to concerned team- Aiding development of potential vendors, if needed- Initiate the creation of Vendor Master, Price Master (including creation of Stock/Item and Service Codes) and ensure regular updating of the Masters
