Role: Account Reconciliation

Technical and Professional Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in architecting, designing and implementing Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) solutions.
  • Driving requirements gathering for Account Reconciliation processes.
  • Preparing Functional Specifications Document and walking through the same with relevant stakeholders for sign-off.
  • Should have experience of at least 4 end-to-end ARCS implementations.
  • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent capability around writing SQL queries and custom reconciliation reporting.
  • Experience with Transaction Matching and sub-ledger integration will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge and experience working with a consolidation tool is a plus


Additional Requirements:

  • 5 to 6 years of experience in implementation of Oracle ARCS/ARM.
  • Over 10 years of experience in EPM.
  • Client co-ordination and driving discussions for design signoffs.
  • Ability to handle and respond to multiple stakeholders and queries.
  • Mentoring the development team around complex situations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well versed in oral and written communication.
  • Good documentation and presentation skills.
