We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Consultants to join our team and spearhead the implementation of Oracle Fusion EPM business processes.


Job Description:

  • Implementing business processes in Oracle Fusion EPM
  • Good understanding of Financials related business processes and practices
  • Testing to ensuring functionality and performance
  • Documenting business processes
  • Gathering requirements and working with stakeholders to understand business process needs
  • Analysing and modelling processes
  • Working with integration architects and developers to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Coordinating with various teams and stakeholders
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Monitoring project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of Oracle EPM (Profitability and Cost Management – PCMCS, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Narrative Reporting (NR), Planning)
  • Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle EPM implementation as a Functional Lead
  • Oracle certification in any of the modules above
  • Domain experience of managing the Finance function of a large organization would be an added advantage
  • Experience working on Integration Strategies with the technical team
  • Awareness of Integration design pattern to build hybrid cloud integrations
  • Knowledge of Oracle EPM processes and data model
  • Ability to coach and develop others on the project team
  • Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Certified on Oracle Financial Cloud modules
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
