Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager at ATC ENSYS PVT LTD in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project timelines, managing inspections, overseeing logistics, and ensuring efficient project delivery. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, suppliers, and team members to ensure project success.

·        Quality Control & review & Ability to exchange technical & statistical information

·        Planning and organizing production schedules. Project Co-ordination, Project Costing
·        Coordinating with Design, Quality, Sales & Purchase Execution regarding project progress work
·        Coordinating with HR for health and safety regulations related to project execution.
·        Weekly reporting to customers for project status & daily to top management.
·        Ensure quality assurance and evaluate project risks at every stage.
·        Material & Labour cost estimation workout for various equipment like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, API plans, Cooler, Skids, & metering skids, etc.
·        Solutions while Project Execution and Testing.
·        U stamp, PED, and other certification review and Control.
·        Sales support (spec review, Spec. Wizard, tender ITP preparation)
·        Every new project Kick-off meeting with the respective team to clear the scope of work.
·        Review and approval of sub-vendors QAP & test procedures for bought-out items.

·         Provide technical support to production, sales, and other teams & independently & contribute to the departmental team
·        Dimensions, Hydro test, Pneumatic Test, Vacuum Test of vessel & other jobs review.

INCUMBENT PROFILE:
Education: BE Mechanical
Computer Literacy: Yes- MS Office, MS Projects
Experience: 4 to 8 years of proven work experience in project management
Technical Skill: Past experience in Pressure vessels, coolers, process piping, API, Heat Exchanger, Skid, Piping Fabrication, Knowledge about working with international codes and Standards.
