Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Co-ordinator located in Mumbai. The Import Export Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders, managing shipment documentation, negotiating with vendors, scheduling deliveries, and monitoring inventory levels. The role also involves tracking shipments, managing logistics, and addressing any issues that may arise during transportation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing import and export operations
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in shipment documentation and logistics management
  • Experience in negotiation and vendor management
  • Ability to address and resolve transportation issues promptly
