Customer Service Professionals with Swedish language Skills Needed Relocation Assistance Provided We are collaborating with a toptier Outsourcing/BPO consultancy that is looking to hire a Customer Support Agent in Riga.Work Details:

Work Model: OnsiteLocation: Riga LatviaEmployment Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming customer inquiries for a payment platform via phone chat and email and provide solutions to end users.Document case resolutions in the contact center tool based on client communication.Ensure cases are resolved within the case life cycle.Escalate highpriority issues as per client specifications to the immediate lead if necessary.Work both independently and as part of a team.Maintain effective communication with internal and external contacts.Deliver an exceptional customer experience.Adhere to quality standards on all handled contacts.Follow the work schedule and be prepared to start work on time.Manage contacts while meeting projectdefined targets: response time handle time and resolution rate.Undertake any additional tasks that may enhance client service or improve your KPIs.Participate in training sessions.

Requirements:

Professional fluency in Swedish (C1 level) and English (B1 level) both spoken and written.Prior experience in an outsourced customer service environment is a plus.EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Latvia.Computer literate with a minimum typing speed of 50 wpm at 90% accuracy.An optimistic friendly positive and selfdriven individual.Ability to work in a team.A serviceoriented profile with a focus on problemsolving.Ability to work shift hours/parttime (as legally permissible) and adapt quickly to changing priorities.No negative remarks in a background check such as a criminal record and willingness to undergo such a background check process during the recruitment process.
