About the Job:

At Birlasoft, we're looking for an experienced HCM Functional Consultant with a specialization in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

Title: HCM Functional Consultant– ORC

Location: Noida/Pune/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Coimbatore

Educational Background: Any Graduation

Key Responsibilities:

- Functional Expertise in Recruitment and Learning Module- Good to have exposure for Canada and US legislation.- Completed at least 3 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects.- Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.- Should be responsible for functional solutions and implement the solution framework.

Skills Required

- Atleast 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Recruiting Cloud.- Basic knowledge of Core HCM is required.- Experience in configuring complete recruiting processes, approval flows, offer letters in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.- Should have knowledge on Core HR and ORC New release and Redwood pages.- Must have knowledge on AOR, Custom Roles and Security Profiles.- Must have hands on experience on Journey’s module.- Preferred knowledge on OTBI, BI Publisher and HCM Extract.- Configured Custom Job Application notifications.- Worked on third party Integration with ORC system.- Worked on Interview Schedule Templates, Agencies and Agents,- Good Knowledge of Setting up Lookups, Value sets, DFF and EFF’s.- Enabled AI features for recruiting.- Created Questions, Questionnaire Templates and Questionnaires.- Good knowledge of Sandbox for customization.- Should be able to do end to end functional testing for Core HR and ORC.- Must be well versed in conducting CRP, TTT, UAT, and manager cutover activities.- Should have worked on deliverable documentations (Test Scripts, User Manuals, Configuration Workbook, Security Matrix).

Additional Requirements

- Primarily office-based with the option for remote work as per company policy.- May require occasional travel for training, meetings, and professional development opportunities.- Flexibility to work outside standard hours to manage system upgrades and provide support as needed.
