Commis Chef

At (Hotel/Restaurant Name), we take pride in serving authentic and flavorful dishes. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Commis I – Tandoor to join our culinary team and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of tandoor dishes with authenticity and consistency.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
• Support senior chefs in menu planning and daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain stock levels, assist in requisitions, and minimize wastage.
• Uphold quality and presentation standards for all dishes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Commis I or in a similar role, preferably in Indian/Tandoor cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of traditional tandoor techniques and dishes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹24,000.00 per month
