Job Description:

As an Email Marketing Specialist at InstaService, you will develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy. By leveraging your expertise in email marketing tools, strategies, and lead generation, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute large-scale email marketing campaigns to promote InstaService’s offerings, drive customer engagement, and increase customer retention.
  • Email Tools Expertise: Utilize various email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, or similar) to create, manage, and analyze campaigns.
  • Bulk Cold Emailing: Manage and execute bulk cold email marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability and engagement rates.
  • Domain Warming: Implement domain warming strategies to ensure successful email delivery and avoid spam filters.
  • Email Cleaning: Regularly clean and maintain email lists to ensure the highest quality of contacts, reduce bounce rates, and improve overall campaign performance.
  • Lead Generation: Use email lead generation tools like Apollo, Lusha, GrowMeOrganic, and others to source and verify high-quality leads.
  • Content Creation: Work closely with the content team to develop compelling email content, including copy, graphics, and calls to action, that align with our brand voice and goals.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, and send times.
  • Segmentation: Create targeted email lists and segment audiences based on user behavior, demographics, and other vital factors to ensure the right message reaches the right audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports on open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. Use data to refine and improve future campaigns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with current best practices and legal requirements, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align email strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Tools Proficiency: Proven experience with multiple email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Bulk Emailing: Experience managing bulk cold email campaigns, including domain warming and list management.
  • Lead Generation Tools: Proficiency with lead generation tools like Apollo, Lusha, GrowMeOrganic, and others.
  • Campaign Experience: Successfully managed large-scale email campaigns with significant subscriber bases.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and error-free email campaigns.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a solid ability to craft persuasive and engaging content.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in on-demand services or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of advanced email marketing strategies, including automation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and integrating email marketing campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
