WHAT YOU’LL DO AT ATHER:Work as a consultant with managers and leaders on all people-related mattersWork closely with management and members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionUnderstand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose underlying issues, and build the case for change with stakeholders.Resolve employee-relations issues and address grievances of team members specific to your business unitBe the custodian for policies and ensure education, awareness, and appropriate use of the policiesInculcate a performance-driven culture, drive the performance management program & facilitate continuous performance enhancementProvide guidance and inputs on business unit restructures, workforce planning, critical role engagement & succession planningDrive improvements in tools and policies through external market trends, insight, and internal best practicesAnalyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Leadership Team to develop solutions, programs, and policiesManage life-cycle activities including manpower planning, onboarding, engagement & retention, and exits.

HERE’S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Strong systems thinking and ability to apply learning across different situationsWillingness to own tasks, and sharp focus on executionAbility to act as a consultant and an advisor to understand issues, deep dive, and problem solveExceptional stakeholder management skills, listening, interacting, and influencingStrong analytical skills, including the understanding of data metrics & implicationsGreat written and verbal communication skillsMastery of office tools including MS Office / G-Suite

YOU BRING TO ATHER:A Master’s in HR from a Tier 1/2 institutes would be preferredWork experience of 6-10 years as an HR business partner
