The MIS Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of management information systems that support logistics operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design data solutions, automate reporting processes, and ensure accurate and timely information flows across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize MIS systems to support logistics, supply chain, and operational functions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify reporting needs and develop dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and analytics.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability across all systems.
  • Drive automation of reporting and manual data processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
  • Supervise and support a small team of data analysts or IT support staff (as applicable).
  • Liaise with IT teams and third-party vendors for systems integration and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain compliance with data security, privacy, and company policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or systems management—preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel (advanced), Power BI/Tableau, and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Proven experience in managing data reporting systems and process automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
