Core Responsibility: Helping the retail operation department with MIS reports, inventory management, and accounting
- **MIS Retail Operations**: Create and maintain sales and KPI reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making
- **Merchandise Planning**: Planning and optimizing inventory to maximize turnover and profitability.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintaining ideal stock levels and preventing overstock and stockouts.
- **Finance and Accounting**: Provide support to the accounting team with financial reporting and analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: +2 or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in retail data analysis and reporting.
- Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management is a plus.
- Other: Leadership skill and ability to work in all environments.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management best practices.
- Experience with MIS reporting tools and data analysis software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
