Infireex is looking for Healthcare recruiters wherein you’ll recruit across diverse verticals including Travel Nursing, Allied Health, Physician Recruitment, Local Contracts, and Full-Time (Direct Hire) Placements. From filling a Med-Surg RN contract, to sourcing a local speech therapist, or hiring a full-time hospitalist—you’ll manage the process end-to-end, ensuring every placement contributes to quality patient care.Location: Indore (Onsite Role)Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AMWork Mode: Night ShiftWeek Offs: Saturday & Sunday FixedKey Responsibilities- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates across travel, local contract, allied health, physician, and direct hire roles.- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, and ATS/CRM platforms.- Conduct interviews to evaluate licensure, clinical qualifications, and fit for role and location preferences.- Manage the entire hiring cycle including submissions, client interviews, feedback, and negotiations.- Ensure compliance with facility-specific credentialing, licensing, and state requirements.- Accurately track all candidate communications and updates in Ceipal or similar ATS.- Partner with
