We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimizationand digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support ourcustomers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our highlevel of process and automation competency.

You’llmake a difference by:

·You will ensure work on assigned organizational unit(s), thatmatch respective legal requirements - (i.e. HGB, IFRS, GAAP) andcreate/implement suitable digitization roadmap or reengineer E2E processes.

·You work with teams involved in accounting and/or purchasingprocesses within P2P.

·You will interact with customers to study their processes beforeproposing reengineering of processes including implementation ofsolutions/tools.

·You will scout for opportunities within internal processes (End toEnd) and transform processes with design thinking.

·You will develop business cases around processes (both customerprocesses as well as internal) with brilliant ideas and breakthrough solutionswhile driving value adds.

·You will ensure internal controls are in place, and accountingcomplies with all external regulations. Cooperates with internal and externalAuditors as needed.

·You will collaborate with large team of professionals and supportstaffs in different organizational settings, understands and drivesdigitalization topics pertaining to accounting and procurement processes.

·You will drive customer satisfaction through processtransformation and meaningful insights with focus on value addition.

Yoursuccess is grounded in:

·You are a Postgraduate in Commerce or Engineering and have workingexperience/ knowledge on managing end to end Accounting, procurement or similarprocesses.

·You bring 18+ years of experience in Finance & accountingand/or procurement field.

·Diversity Candidates are preferred.

·You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills,organization skills, and analytical skills.

·You should have lead a team which is into driving digitizationinitiatives and reengineering processes, including process consulting.

·You are someone flexible to work on all shifts.

·You have experience in managing large and diverse teams with focuson cultural sensitivity.

·You should have demonstrated ability in preparing and implementingbusiness strategies with measurable success rates (example- RPA, designthinking, Other process re-engineering and digitalization initiatives).
