Advocacy & Policy Funding & Health System Reform Flexible location Full Time, Fixed Term 8/12/2025 $135,174 + super + salary packaging up to $15,900 Full-time, fixed term contract until August 2026 Flexible location / WFH options available $135,174 + super + salary packaging options of up to $15,900 for living expenses (under RACGP’s health promotion charity status) Full-time, fixed term contract until August 2026 Flexible location / WFH options available About the role    As Project Lead, you’ll drive the end-to-end review of the RACGP Vision, managing planning, drafting, research and consultation. Reporting to the Program Manager, you’ll coordinate the Vision Working Group and collaborate with internal teams and key external stakeholders to deliver the revised Vision to the Board.As our Project Lead , you'll also:   Lead research and analysis to ensure the revised Vision reflects current and emerging primary care reform. Draft high-quality policy documents and supporting materials for diverse audiences. Coordinate targeted consultation rounds and translate feedback into actionable updates. Oversee internal approval processes and support communication, design and publication activities.
