Job Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer (Fresher) to join our Power & Distribution Transformer division. The role involves supporting the production, testing, and quality teams in daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in transformer design, manufacturing, and testing processes. Key Responsibilities • Assist in manufacturing, assembly, and testing of power and distribution transformers. • Support design and quality teams with documentation, inspection, and analysis. • Learn to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications. • Maintain daily test reports, inspection logs, and equipment records. • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on the shop floor. • Coordinate with senior engineers for maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvements. • Participate in technical training and continuous learning programs. Requirements • B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Freshers encouraged to apply). • Basic understanding of transformer operations, power systems, and electrical circuits. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn. • Ability to work in a plant-based environment with discipline and teamwork. • Good communication and reporting skills.
