Since then, we have scaled both online and offline, establishing a presence through retail stores, websites, mobile applications, and other channels. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Product Development Engineer located in the Greater Delhi Area. The New Product Development Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including designing new products, conducting research and development, overseeing product development processes, and collaborating with other departments to bring new products to market. The role requires active participation in meetings, coordination with various teams, and regular reporting on project progress. Qualifications Mechanical Engineering skillsExperience in Product Development and Product DesignResearch and Development (R&D) skillsStrong Communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively and independentlyProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldExperience in the eyewear industry is a plus
