What you’ll do: Solution Design & Development: Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce .Define robust data models , apply best practices in coding and configuration, and implement trigger frameworks and modular architectures for scalable development.Build and maintain API-led integrations using REST/SOAP APIs , Platform Events , and middleware tools such as MuleSoft , Boomi , or Informatica .Develop solutions across Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , Experience Cloud , and with exposure to Agentforce , Data Cloud , and Life Sciences Cloud Technical Leadership & Delivery Management: Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 Salesforce developers; provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.Manage project delivery from India — define technical tasks, oversee execution, and ensure quality and timely completion.Collaborating with client stakeholders, architects, and functional leads to ensure solution design aligns with business objectives. Client Interaction & Communication: Participate in requirements gathering , discovery workshops , and solution design sessions with business and IT teams.Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Innovation & Problem Solving: Explore new Salesforce capabilities, lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, and develop creative solutions for complex business challenges.Stay current with Salesforce product releases and industry trends to proactively bring forward innovative ideas. Domain Expertise (Preferred): Experience with Life Sciences (Pharma and MedTech) Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud with an understanding of regulated data and compliance processes. Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. A curious, innovation-driven mindset and eagerness to learn new Salesforce technologies. Ability to operate independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments .
