Requirement for Visual Merchandiser

We have a requirement for Visual Merchandiser for Isha Life, Coimbatore. The work location will be at Isha Yoga Center, Coimbatore. Please find below the Job description:

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for retail spaces based on brand guidelines and seasonal trends.
• Plan store layouts, window displays, and product placements to maximize visual impact and customer engagement.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align visuals with promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure all visual merchandising displays are well-maintained, clean, and regularly updated.
• Train in-store staff on visual merchandising principles and standards.
• Analyze sales trends to evaluate the effectiveness of visual displays and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Source display materials and coordinate with vendors for fixtures, signage, and props.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistency in presentation across locations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to enhance visual appeal.
